In 2003, PSDA and the International Association for Document Technologies (IADT) united to create the Print Education & Research Foundation (PERF). PERF provides research and education to assist in the long term growth and profitability for members of the Print Services & Distribution Association.
Each year, PERF commits to the following:
- Develop proprietary research reports covering emerging products and market opportunities
- Analyze current and future industry trends, including the impact and implementation of new technologies
- Create educational and training programs that will benefit industry executives, assist in the improvement of business profitability and elevate the functionality of the industry
As an ongoing resource, PERF publishes the PERF Print Report quarterly to help executives in the print distribution industry evolve in the changing market. PERF is also a sponsor of the annual Printers & Suppliers Executive Conference, and routinely funds studies to evaluate the position of the industry and determine where it is headed.
