This session will have you practicing the concepts introduced in the general session. You will be working on real issues in your company and using the “Steps to Accountability” to work on these problems. You will "See It” (What is the reality I/we most need to acknowledge?); "Own It” (How am I/we contribution to the problem and/or solution?); “Solve It” (What else can I/we do?); and “Do It” (Who will do what by when?). Using this methodology will improve your ability to get to the heart of business issues.

Strategic Partnerships Workshop: Build Manage and Grow Your Strategic Partnerships
