Following the success of our annual Young Innovators Conference, a movement started as attendees got together to continue the mission to engage young people and spotlight on how technology and innovation can drive business growth. In an effort to continue to bridge the gap between seasoned industry veterans and new millennial employees, a mentorship program was formed.
How it Works
People new to the industry get paired up with an industry veteran.
There is no required time commitment. Most pairs will meet remotely at their desired frequency for typically 6 months.
