Attract and Retain the Millennial Generation for Print Sales
Interested in learning more about how to engage younger workers, leverage technology and drive innovation? PSDA's Young Innovators Committee is excited to have recently launched the first in a series of webinars designed to address these topics. The recording of "Attract and Retain the Millennial Generation for Print Sales" addresses a problem facing many companies -- the 'job-hopping' of the millennial generation.
 
"Ninety-one percent of Millennials (born between 1977-1997) expect to stay in a job for less than three years.*" This webinar tackles the problem head-on.
 
Focusing on personal experience, Julia Willsie (born 1982) shares how companies can find, engage and retain the industry's youth. Julia was recruited by RR Donnelley from Cal Poly University's Graphic Communications program, and has been with the company for 9 years. Her goal is to finish 2014 with more than $5 million in sales, (over 150% of quota) as she manages a wide range of print programs for clients.
