Nathan Goldberg is President of family owned and operated Specialized Office Systems, based in Phoenix, Arizona with offices in surrounding states. Nathan has a Marketing Degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Arizona State University. Nathan joined Specialized in 2000 and has been involved in all aspects of his distributorship including their small format offset and digital manufacturing facility since. Nathan is always looking for ways to help other companies in our industry and outside by creating a more compelling offer of help to their customers. As a board member, it is his goal to help continue the important work that the association has embarked on while creating a more compelling offer to new members and others who will benefit from our excellent programs, conversations, networking and products.

Artie Collins is the Chief Executive Officer of NPN360, Inc., a print and marketing solutions firm.  His duties include day to day operation of the company along with setting strategic initiatives.Prior to NPN360, Artie worked at Wallace Computer Services (R.R. Donnelly) in various roles including Sales & Product Management. Artie earned a B.S in Finance from Florida State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Artie lives in Glenview, IL with his wife, Carolyn, and their 4 children. He enjoys coaching his kids in various sports and spending time with his family.

Karl Heerdegen is co-founder, President and CEO of the Northstar Group and Northstar Gameday, a distributorship based in Lake Zurich, Illinois. He specializes in product and service areas including marketing, output document processing, cross media and wide format. Focusing his attention in vertical markets that include professional sports, financial services and manufacturing, Karl brings value to his clients by being able to manage large scale and data-driven projects. Now in its’ 23rd year, Northstar maintains relationships with clients that go back to its beginning. Karl began his career in 1980 as a coverage rep for Moore Business Forms before moving to the distributor side of the industry in 1981.

Joe Walkup is the president and co-owner of Innovative Business Products, LLC. IBP is a Strategic Outsourcing Partner and distributorship located in Nashville, TN.Joe began his career working in production for numerous printing companies in the Middle Tennessee area. This experience increased his knowledge of forms, checks and offset printing. Prior to starting IBP, Joe discovered his enthusiasm for sales at Global DocuGraphix. He has been active with the PSDA for 10 years, acting as Co-Chair of the Small Distributor Summit for two years. In 2009, he was recognized as PSDA Member of the Year. He also currently serves as a board member of the PPAMS (Promotional Products Association of the Mid-South) in the role of Treasurer. His passions include family, church youth ministry, and everything outdoors.

Bob Burdette is President of Multi Business Systems (MBS) a family company founded by his father in 1964. MBS is headquartered in Bakersfield, California with three offices covering the San Joaquin Valley including a sales team covering the central coast. Bob joined MBS as a sales person in 1982, after graduating from CSU Sacramento. Bob has championed a growth strategy fueled by expanding the company's sales force and through acquisitive ventures, which included purchasing 6 distributorships and a software company. Under his leadership, the company has evolved from its traditional business forms focus (80% revenue in pegboard thru the early 80’s), to a highly diversified viable print and promotional products distributorship.  In 2010, MBS was recognized by INC 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. Bob is married to his high school sweetheart, Patti, and they have 2 children, Annie and Pat. They are blessed with six amazing grandchildren.  Patrick (Pat) joined MBS after graduating from University of Hawaii in 2013. Together, father and son continue to build upon a thriving legacy business in an industry they love. Bob is a follower of Jesus and enjoys using the app “All Trails” to explore new places outdoors.

Don Havis is Vice President of Digital Data Centers a manufacturer responsible for Distributing Critical Business Documents. His duties primarily include the technical side of the business. Don has a Bachelors in Business Information Systems and a MBA in Finance. Prior to DDC he worked for both manufacturers and distributors outside the print industry, the banking industry as well as multiple consulting firms. Don lives in Batavia IL with his wife of 35 years and has two sons. He enjoys the outdoors especially hiking and golf, loves hockey and baseball as well and building furniture. He hopes to bring his problem solving skills and technical expertise to the PSDA Board.

Emily Myers is the VP of Sales & Marketing at BCSI, a manufacturer specialized in branded corporate stationery and personalized print in Burnsville, MN.  For over 20 years at BCSI, Emily has been helping distributors show value to their clients by providing them with education and tools to successfully sell and implement automated solutions.  She is passionate about helping distributor partners to grow and thrive, making the PSDA the perfect organization for her to serve.  Emily lives in Lakeville, MN with her husband, Jeff, and their 4 children.  She enjoys family, skiing, music, and spending time at the cabin.

Peter (Pete) Redondo is the new Managing Director (Dallas) for GO2 Partners, a national marketing and operational consulting firm based in Des Plaines, IL. Pete has been a  sales leader for over twenty years, with extensive experience in new business acquisition, account development, and sales coaching.  He is heavily focused on technology and how to leverage it to solve business problems.  Prior to joining GO2 Partners, Pete was instrumental in building a $60 million distributorship in just 15 years.  He is passionate about the independent distributor community, the PSDA, and he is honored to serve on the board. Pete resides in McKinney, TX, just outside Dallas with his wife Emily and 4 children.

Tom Yeager is Vice President and co-owner of Strata-Tac Inc. Strata-Tac is a leading manufacturer of pressure sensitive self-adhesive products and top coated films located in the greater Chicago area. Tom began his career in 1989 as a co-owner of United Stencil & Affixing Co of St. Louis. Since then, Tom has been in partnership with two close friends from St. Louis University. Tom has been a member of the PSDA for 30 years. His passions include his family, volunteering, and jet skiing. As a board member, Tom hopes to bring a perspective from a manufacturer and supplier view point and help build value for all association members.
